Vidizzy scores 28 out of 100 in ChatRadar’s testing, a Safety Tier D built on minimal moderation and no signup requirement. It’s free with no downloads needed, and the honest trade-off is the familiar one at this tier — a genuinely open free experience paired with the lightest moderation level ChatRadar tracks.
What Vidizzy Actually Is
Vidizzy is a browser-based random video chat platform built around cam-to-cam conversations with a swipe-and-match style interface for moving between connections. It requires no email unless you choose to provide one, and includes location and language filters alongside its core matching.
Against most of our full ranking of all 49 platforms, Vidizzy’s swipe-based browsing is a slightly different interaction model than the strict one-at-a-time “next” button most roulette competitors use — similar in spirit to Camzey’s approach, though the two are separate platforms.
How It Works
- Go to Vidizzy’s site in any browser — no download required.
- No registration is required to start; email is optional, not mandatory.
- Allow camera access and begin browsing or matching with available users.
- Use location or language filters if you want to narrow your matches.
- Swipe or click through matches to find someone to chat with.
- Upgrade to a premium plan if you want additional features beyond the free tier.
What It Costs
Vidizzy’s core cam-to-cam chatting is free with no downloads required. A premium plan is available for additional features, but the base matching, filtering, and chat all work without payment.
That puts it alongside platforms with no cost at all in ChatRadar’s grid for its core experience.
Safety
Vidizzy scores 28 out of 100 in ChatRadar’s testing, landing it in Safety Tier D, ChatRadar’s lowest tier. That reflects minimal moderation and no signup requirement, despite the platform’s stated encryption and moderation tools.
See our scoring methodology for the eight dimensions behind that number, and ChatRadar’s Safety Index for how Vidizzy compares across all 58 platforms we track.
Who It’s For
Vidizzy fits someone who wants free, no-email-required random video chat with basic location and language filtering, and who’s comfortable with a swipe-style browsing interface rather than a strict one-at-a-time roulette format.
It’s not for anyone prioritizing safety infrastructure over cost. With Tier D moderation and no signup step, Vidizzy offers fewer structural protections than higher-scoring platforms in ChatRadar’s grid.
Where It Falls Short
The honest downside is the same pattern shared across most Tier D platforms: free access and basic filtering are real value, but minimal moderation means there’s little standing between a reported user and reconnecting immediately, and no signup step removes any identity-based accountability.
